Is it possible to create an executable version of a model? You send someone just that one file and he runs it and the models runs with no menus except the custom dashboard you have created so he can change parameters like import excel files.

Unfortunately, no.
Anyone can sign up for a FlexSim Account to download and run the installer. An unlicensed installation of FlexSim can act as a model viewer, and open and run any model.
Another alternative besides having your audience install FlexSim is to create a video of your model.
yes i want them to view the model and run it but not be able to change a processor processing time for example
You could close the properties panel, library, and toolbox so they don't see the options to change anything. You can also protect and make the 3D objects not selectable so they can't move things around.
