How to use two operators at a same time to transfer a load?

Hi all,

I have one query regarding how to transfer the load from Queue to sink, By using two operators. But when i start the process one operator only working another one is still ideal. Please resolve the query

There are templates in each object where you can activate Use Transport option of coordinated tasks. One of those picklist templates deals with a transport job with more involved taskexecuters. You get to this list by evaluating the drop down menu beside the field to choose the reference of the involved taskexecuter.
