Optimizer stuck after partial run completion?

Hi Team,

I am running 5 iterations in optimizer for 60 days but my optimizer has completed the 3 iterations successfully and got stuck for the remaining two iterations from long time (6 hrs).

Here is the screen shot for optimizer and system usage:

I have posted this question earlier and they asked me to upgrade the version. I am using latest version this time 23.2.2.

Can you help to resolve this issue?

Thank you!

This is is sometimes the case with the optimizer because the optimizer puts the model in a configuration it has never been in before, and it gets stuck in an infinite loop somehow. If you really only have 5 iterations, I'd say just make a Basic Job, and see if you have the same issue. That will rule out whether its anything specific to the optimizer. If you have the same problem with the Basic Job, then you can select the scenarios that don't work and apply them to your model with the test tube button, and run it interactively. If it doesn't work interactively, you can figure out why. After you try these things, if you still have issues, please post a model for further support.

Hi @Jordan Johnson,

Thanks for your answer.

Can you elaborate what do you mean by basic job here?

Thank you!

I just mean an Experiment job. I'm sorry for the confusion. During development, we considered calling them "Basic" jobs, and somehow I got that in my head.
