You can change the operators capacity to a specific value by clicking on the operator and under the section TaskExcexcuter changing the "capacity" to the desired ammount.
If this amount fluctuates between a range, you can either use the max value or use a "code sippnet" trigger to change the loading capacity of the operator.
You can also explore the triggers of the specific object you want to open and close its ports.
