In my model, only 1 AGV (TRANSPORTER) works and the other one doesn't.
Interestingly, the first task involves two AGVs.
But at some point, we only work on the blue AGV.
Even when the blue AGV is charging, the red AGV has something to work on, but it doesn't go ahead with it. What's the problem?

The transporters drive to the parking positions from CP40. As far as the logic in the AGV Process Flow is concerned, that is their location while they are parked. When a new task becomes available and this task is situated at CP40, the transporter would continue to travel along the NextWorkLoop from there. But there currently are no outgoing NextWork connections from that point.
It just so happens that once the red transporter is stuck due to this, any task that activates the blue transporter originates at CP40, so the blue transporter does not suffer the same fate.
Forward all work to CP40 or build an actual loop of NextWorkPoint connections.
