The AGV module is not included in HC, and there is currently nothing to support AGVs in HC.

You could use activities in a Patient Track or Global Process to control a staff member with an AGV shape, but I don't really see that working too well.

At this point I think you'd need to custom code everything.

If your model relies heavily on AGVs it might be easier to make a standard FlexSim model using the AGV module and then implement the HC stuff in Process Flow.

However my client has only HC license and they want to model the AGV in their hospital. What should they do then?

@david.chan The only way to use the AGV functionality right now is through standard FlexSim.

May the develop team might want to consider this in HC in the next release? Currently AGV, Robot (ABB), ASRS and some other industrial equipment are being deployed in hospitals and therefore such objects are necessary to be available in FlexSim HC.
