How to receive a local license on the Flexsim License Server Machine?

I have use my workstation as a license server in a network and run on this machine also Flexsim. Until I upgraded my licenses I could run as a standard user all flexsim versions. After I have upgraded the license I can't run Flexsim Version licensed. Only the Express Versions runs. That behaviour is the same for all installed Flexsim Versions on this machine.

In the old License Server Version 11.11.1.1 I did not have to set the license server on the local machine running Flexsim. After the upgrade the license server IP-adress or qualified name has to be set also in the Flexsim program. But it is absolute necessary not to write the port and the "@" character in the field for the concurrent License Server Adress.
