How do I use items from flow item bin with Combiner?

I would like to select a flow item from the flow item bin to define the flow item exiting a combiner. Additionally, I would like to define how the combiner behaves depending on which flow item it is receiving. For instance, when I'm running Flow Item A, I need it to group three items before combining. When I'm running Flow Item B, I need it to group five items before combining. The flow item exiting the combiner needs to be a different size if I'm running Flow Item A or Flow Item B.
