If you have access to the computer where the license was activated, you can return the license from there. You don't need to be logged in to the same Windows account. You just need to open FlexSim on that computer and return the license.
If the computer has already been wiped, or is otherwise lost or stolen, please contact your local distributor directly, via phone or email, to request licensing assistance. If FlexSim US is your local distributor, you can also reach us by posting a private question here on the Answers community (don't forget to mark the box to make the question private!). Let us know the situation and the license code involved.

I have just met the same problem. The computer where the license was activated is crashed. I can't even login, blue screen and reboot all the time. Yes, I contact my local distributor, but ... emmmm ... after nearly one day since my last question, I haven't got any reponse.
