Problems with return licenses

Hi, I have new Hardware and want to move my licenses to the new Notebook.

Sadly it says there are no returnable Licenses on my old Notebook. In Startscreen I can see all 3 of them (GP, HC, Optquest).

I clicked on "View License" and got this:
