@Selvakulasingam T,

Practically all licenses issued for FlexSim are Trusted Storage based, as opposed to license-file based. This means that your FlexSim license is activated over the Internet using an activation ID (or manually via XML files for unconnected computers).

For such a trusted-storage based license, for concurrent LAN server licensing, you use flexsimserveractutil.exe to activate your license. See step 3. Licensing your server in the FlexSim License Server Installation guide.

There is a bootstrap license file included in downloadable license server tools. This is the only license file required for a trusted storage based license. This bootstrap license file is the same for every customer and tells the license manager how to find FlexSim licenses activated in trusted storage. The license file is copied in in step 6. Copy the vendor daemon files of the install guide, and used in the configuration of the vendor daemon in step 8. Configure FlexNet Publisher (lmadmin).

Or if you are using lmtools, it is step 3. Copy the vendor daemon files and step 4. Configure licensing service using lmtools in the document Hosting FlexSim Using lmtools.
