AGV SHOULD NOT LEAVE DROP OFF LOC UNLESS PICKUP IS EMPTY + VICE VERSA

Got a simulation with 8 agv, 2 staged at PICKUP and 4 staged at DROPOFF with two PARKPOINTS close to DROPOFF. Dropoff, PickUp and Parkpoints are all charge stations as well. All AGV travel through some traffic areas. Currently an AGV leaves its station as soon as the task is finished (PICKUP or DROPOFF). I need to set it up where for example AGV can not leave Pickup unless there is a opening at ParkPoint or Unload point. So as to make sure that at any given point all AGV are sitting on a charge station.

PICKUP or DROPOFF

I've found a solution for you after we spoke on the phone. Essentially what I've done is pushed all of your DOQs onto a Global List, with a label to identify them. Then in your logic of the subflows where you tell the AGVs where to go, I first require them to pull the DOQ from the list, and then they will only push the DOQ back onto the list after they leave to travel to the PUQs. Thus forcing the AGVs waiting to travel to the DOQs to continue to wait until the DOQ is pushed back onto the list.

Here is your example model:
