Two or three sensors for Oculus Rift?

We are buying an Oculus Rift for VR experience in Flexsim. The product itself comes with two sensors intended to be put at the front of the room and a third sensor (a standalone sensor sold separately) can be used in the rear of the room to add additional tracking and roomscale tracking.

I read in forums that if you have your back turned to the two front sensors, it will have trouble reading the equipment. Having the third sensor, it comes with a long USB extension cable, in the back part of the room helps this problem.

Please could you inform us if Flexsim works well with two sensors or is it really necessary to buy an additional sensor to have a better experience as reported above?

Thanks in advance!

In our testing and usage of VR with FlexSim, we just use 2 sensors at the front of the room.

I've never experienced an issue where I wished to have a third sensor at the back. Two sensors has been plenty.
