Open FlexSim gets slow and does not respond

Hello boys.

After installing FlexSim on a laptop and when opening FlexSim it gets very slow, and when you open the Pie Fctory file as FlexSim test, it does not respond. Why is this problem? I already tried installing several versions of FlexSim and the same thing is still happening. My computer has an i5, Intel 3000 graphics card, HDD hard disk with 256 GB capacity, 20 GB are available.

Hi @Omar Aguilera Rico

The Pie Factory file that you tried to open is from an older version of the software and is not optimized for the latest version of FlexSim. The good news is, we have recently created a new pie factory model. Try opening the one I have attached below. Let me know if you have any trouble opening the file.

The model of Pie Fctory if I can open it only that it does not let me run it, I tried to open other models created in FlexSim, very simple in that computer and FlexSim is encouraged, it is not viable to create a model in my computer because it gets very slow. What could be the problem?

I think it might be a graphics issue. Try this link and see if one of these solutions work for you.
