Multiple crashs when using 2 Flexsim Models

Hello,

When I open two or more models of Flexsim (18.1,18.2) at the same time, my pc crashs and either closes all flexsim models without any error message, or the windows blue screen appears with a "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" error message.

I have an ASUS (republic of gamers):

- Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80 GHz 2.81 GHz
- Installed RAM: 16 Go
- GeForce GTX 1050/PCIe/SSE2, NVIDIA Corporation, 4.6.0 NVIDIA 399.24

We have the same issues on 3 identical PCs.

We have sent the 3 PCs we own to the manufacturer, and they tested them and didn't find any Hardware problem.

Is there any known problem with this kind of computer, processors or graphic card?
FlexSim 18.1.2

@michel.torbey Have you tried updating your drivers? The driver you mentioned is over 2 months old and there have been around 12 new release in the mean time (Guru 3D )

Or just in the opposite direction, if the last driver Asus provided is older then the one you currently have, you could try the old one.

There are also some posts on google that suggest to uninstall everything from nvidia and reinstall it.

Hi @michel.torbey, your computer specs look good, so I echo @steven.hamoen to try updated graphics drivers.

You might also try some of the other suggestions listed in our graphics compatibility article.

Let us know the results of your tests.
