Cannot use latest HC version

I downloaded the latest version of HC during my maintenance contract period. However i didn't get to install the latest version until recently where my maintenance contract has expired. After installation, it prompted me to upgrade my HC license which i am unable to do so now. May i know how do i upgrade my license for the latest version that was released during the validity period of my maintenance contract?

For help in upgrading your FlexSim licenses after the maintenance agreement has expired, please contact your local FlexSim distributor.

Is there a way to manually upgrade the license to the release before the maintenance contract expired?

Once your maintenance agreement has expired, they system will not allow certain actions, including upgrading licenses.

Please direct inquiries regarding your upgrade to your local distributor. They should be able to help you out.
