This version of Flexsim requires an upgraded license. (But it doesn't)

I am using the latest version of FlexSim. When I launch the app, it tells me that "This version of Flexsim requires an upgraded license." However, when I go to License Activation and click the Request Upgrades button on the Upgrade Licenses tab... it says "The following license is already the latest version..."

I tried returning the license and going to the web site to upgrade it there. But it doesn't see any licenses that need to be upgraded either.

Why is it doing this? How do I fix it?

Thank you

FlexSim 17.1.4

He had an HC license and had downloaded FlexSim 17.1.4 instead of FlexSim Healthcare 5.1.0

I'm putting this comment here in case anyone has a similar problem.

How did you determine that the license didn't match what was downloaded? and are there any other scenarios that could cause this to happen?

@Madeline Z He said in another question that he meant to install FlexSim Healthcare 5.1.0

If you are having a similar problem you can check the licences on your computer by navigating in the software to:

Help → Licence Activation → View Licences → View Licences

If you have any further questions please make a separate question.
