When using Excel Import/Export tool, after selecting a file to import I get the error:
Excel Interface Error
Failed to initialize Excel Application! Error code -2147221005
I'm running FlexSim 2019 through Parallels on a MacBook Pro. I have excel installed on MacOS but not on my Parallels partition. Do I need to install excel on parallels to use the Excel Import/Export tool?
Yes, you will need to have Excel installed on the same partition you are running windows on.
