How to transport patients in gurney/wheelchair in elevator ?

Hi,

I work on a model and I have a problem with my patients in wheelchair or in gurney. I would like to transport them in the second floor of the hospital, but when they enter the elevator, I get an error message and the simulation stop.

The fact is in the same model, if my patient go on the second floor without gurney/wheelchair, it works perfectly.

Is there some problem with gurney/wheelchair in elevators ?

Something seems to be broken with your elevator. I don't know what, but as a workaround I simply followed these steps:

  • delete your elevator
  • add a new elevator
  • attach your elevator to the A* navigator

Reset and run your model, it should work. See attached model.
