Flexsim HC model Error Message - Flexscript Error and PCI= 0

I built this clinic model but every time i run it i get 2 main errors below :

1. Flexscript ErrorMODEL:/Tools/PatientBin/New/New>variables/ActivityTable/ 10_Arrival/StaffTable/1line 11syntax error, unexpected identifier Provider, expecting ')' or ',' Could not finish parsing because of previous errors.

2. An invalid PCI was found :0

I checked almost everything but couldnt fix them, any help? I have attached the model as well for refrencedsc-v4-monday-v3.fsm

The error is occuring in the Staff Requirement field of the 10_Arrival activity of the Return patient track. You can't see the Staff Requirement field because the current Activity Type chosen for the activity doesn't display that field. You must have made the mistake when the activity was another activity type requiring staff. Just follow these instructions to fix.

I just noticed you have the same staff requirement error for your "New" patient track that you will need to fix in a similar manner.

As for the PCI = 0 error, it is caused by bad data in your Appointments table of your arrival object. Take a look and you'll see that you have several rows with nothing entered for a PCI value and nothing entered for the other labels as well. Clean up this table and the problem should be resolved!
