@Arno Chan, be patient. It’s weekend in most parts of the world. You asked a question on Friday, then you won’t get an answer by Monday morning in Utah. And you are absolutely sure your FlexSim version is standard not a variant of FlexSim like FlexSim CT? Perhaps you are able to replicate the error in a small example model, or you can reduce your model to keep the error with a minimum of objects. Then you can attach the model.
