Blank UI: Missing

Hi my client faced the following problem as shown in the picture. The UI for filling up does not display correctly. Please advise what should be done. The following are the additional information provided.

- FlexSim 2020.

- OS and computer used: Windows 10, version 1803. on HP Z240 tower work station.

Looks like the same issue as 1, 2 and 3.
Running FlexSim as administrator should do the trick.
