Is there a possibiltiy to trigger the production line due to order control?

I am planning a Production line which is should be triggered by an order, that comes from the client.

So, as soon as the client orders, let's say a car, the operators start to put each subassemblies together, depending on what Car the client wants.
Let's say, the client can choose between SUV, Cabrio and family car.
Each differ from one another in the landing gear and the tires. The car-building process usually starts with the tires and landing gear, which then are combined with a motor and that's it.

Now, depending on what Car the client orders, the operator has to pick a different pair of tires and a different landing gear and put it then into the process-line.

How can I do this?

I would build two interacting processes in a 3D model. A process line that separates a job list existing of a pallet with items on it. I call this a data management line. A second process line assembles a car.

You can build the first data management line in process flow. But I recommend to do it in a 3D model, because there you can easily visualize the progress of each task. For example you can change the size and/or color of the data item at station.

Also per se zu sagen, dass von der Auftragssteuerung ein Auftrag ausgelöst wird, der zur Folge hat, dass zuerst die passenden Räder und das passende Fahrhwerk produziert wird, wobei das dann im letzten Schritt zusammengefügt wird und voilà; der SUV ist fertig.
Gibt es da nicht irgendeine Funktion, wobei ich genau definieren kann, woraus ein SUV entsteht und sobald so einer bestellt wird, der Prozess automatisch danach ausgerichtet die benötigten Teile herstellt?

Es geht bei meiner Simulation darum, dass der Kunde eine vorbestimmte Liefersequenz anfordert und dementsprechend der Prozess getriggert werden soll...

Darin liegt doch der Charme erst den Auftrag als eine gepackte Palette zu betrachten, dann die Bestandteile der Auftragspalette auszupacken und mit diesen Datenbausteinen den SUV auf einer Processlinie entsprechend zu bauen. Ob nun die Auftragsliste aus einer gepackten Palette oder einer Liste, Tabelle, Array oder einer anderen Datenstruktur besteht ist doch erst einmal egal. Der Visualisierungsgrad nimmt von einer gepackten Palette, über ein Token in Process Flow hin zu Datenstrukturen wie Tabelle, Liste oder Array ab. Aber automatisch gibt es da gar nichts in FlexSim. Es gibt nur 3D Objekte, die Eigenschaftsfenster, FlexScript, Datenstrukturen, Process Flow als eigenständige Logikschicht, Datenausgabenelemente.

Hmmm... so ganz davon überzogen bin ich nicht.
FlexSim erlaubt es mir also nicht, nach der Auftragssteuerung einen Prozess auszulösen bzw. verschiedene Modelle mit verschiedenen Unterbaugruppen zu bauen?
