How to use process flow to transport an item from one point to another?

I have been facing problem in my process flow as i could not make the operator2 to load items(5) to the tote , before it get transported by transporter1 to the output . could anybody help me out and tell me is there anything wrong with my process flow?

You need a token in Process Flow that goes from one activity to the next.

The Tote gets filled, if it is a destination for the unload activity.

The tote gets transported if the resource / taskexecuter is a label reference at the token.

I changed the variable references for destinations also to treenode references in all activities for the Transporter1.

@Jörg Vogel sorry sir i tried editing the unload task sequence , but the operator2 still does not seem to move to load the item to the tote. i added in the source as well in the process flow
