AGV vs Network Node two directional paths graphics doubt

As show in below image I am using AGV network as bi directional.After AGV traveled to Queue2 it has to come back to Queue1. But AGV is travelling in reverse direction.

How to change the graphics of the AGV so that it will change the direction.Instead of travelling in reverse direction.

But in Network Node it automatically changes the direction instead of travelling reverse direction. I would like the similar way in AGV as well.

Any feedback on this.

@Sudheer Reddy,

A common solution to this is to lay a second Task Executer object over the first one and then change the visuals of the top TE while hiding the TE underneath. I've updated your model to do this. It's not the same as the Network Node behavior, but the two are different for a reason. If you're after the visuals, you might consider using Network Nodes.

@tanner.p thanks for the feedback.

AGV has lot of features than Network Node. Why do flexsim has network node. Is there any added advantage of having network nodes or any applications require Network nodes to be used?

Great question. There's a few key differences between them. I usually point users to the Key Concepts about Travel section in the User Manual. This section includes a table that marks exactly what the differences are. Hope this helps. You can compare to sections about AGV travel.

Also, there may be another way to turn the AGV around on the AGV network, but I'm not familiar with how it would work.

@tanner.p thanks for the answer. As you mentioned there is another way to turn the AGV. Please let me know if you found that particular approach. It helps me.
