utilization factor operators

If I try to represent the use of the operators it always gives me 0, the only way to get the results is to represent the time they have been free and subtract it from the 28800 seconds that the simulation lasted, but if I do this I don't know if it counts the setup times of the machine, which also interests me that they are taken into account. I have code editors in the process flow so that it tells the operator that it is being used but it is not working correctly.

How can I get well the time value that has been used?

@Óscar Manuel CMN,

Attached is your model with the changes that I've made. I deleted a lot of "stuff" that didn't seem to be needed in the model (Process Flow stuff and related). I'm not sure I answered your question or not because I'm not real clear on what you are asking.

I added charts to your Dashboard and Dashboard2. In Dashboard2, mine show the same information as yours do but a little more compact. In Dashboard, I'll admit, I don't understand what your are trying to do in those small objects in the upper left top of the area. And again, for the processors, the ones I added show the same thing as yours but a little more compact.

If I didn't answer your question to your satisfaction, please describe in more detail exactly what you are wanting the model or graphs to do.

I added the PF for all three zones. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know.

Thanks.

@Óscar Manuel CMN,

Attached is another version of your model with a condenses (hopefully simplified) Process Flow. It will handle all three zones in one PF. Maybe this would be useful to you for another way to solve your problem(s)?

Thanks.

@Óscar Manuel CMN,

Attached is another model where I simplified the Process Flow to include all three zones. Take a look at the attached model and see if something like this would work for you.

If you have any problems or questions, please let us know.

Thanks.
