As shown in below image, Is that possible for an AGV to offset to Queue1 to load instead of loading at the control point.

There is a User Manual section about this topic. I suggest reviewing that. Additionally, I added some things to your model for demonstration purposes. After configuring the proper settings as mentioned in the User Manual, you can add Pickup/Dropoff points for the AGV to travel as close as it can to the queues rather than directly to where the queues are connected.
Hopefully this example model achieves the behavior you're after. Notice that although the AGV is instructed to travel to CP2, it travels to the CP3 instead when loading.
