Is it possible for asrs to move agv and take it a different way?

actually I have a problem like this. asrs brings the product and leaves it to the entrance of the shelf. She takes the agv and takes it to the end of the shelf. other asrs take the product off the shelf.
the number of agv is less than the number of racks. hence asrs also needs to take agv and take it to another rack. Shuttle.fsm buradaki gibi

If the agv can't change its own bay or level then you could use this approach and add coordination with the ASRS. Or you can just create your own kinematics for the shuttle movement with a regular or basic task executer.
