token appear in a random distribution

we want to randomize the token's entrance time in the model in the process flow Creation of bag in [inter-arrival time for flight(bags)]. as shown in the picture the bags with the same Person label enter right after each other. what would you suggest us to do to make them enter randomly and not sequentially or sequentially with a bag or two between them like what is happening now in the attached model and picture.

I would suggest you add the Acquiring of a baggage handler resource and have a distrubuted delay for the handling of the baggage. Then you can model the delay process in more detail later including the availability of the baggage handler.

May you show me an example or how would I use the acquire to achieve this goal in the process flow?.

Thank you,

You can do this with a simple numeric resource as shown below or use operators/task executers and give them tasks for delaying, loading and unloading bags.

Interarrival time by statistical distribution like normal, exponential or triangular.

bags amount label assignment by duniform(1,2)

are you explaining what we did or is this a suggested solution?

It is a solution. That is how a simulation works.
