Hello, I made a model of patient flow. In the beginning, it runs okay, but patients and staff don't move after running for a while. I am not sure how to fix it. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me. Thank you.
The group "MD Fast Track" is empty. Due to this the fast track patients get stuck at the step to acquire an MD.
They continue to block the three beds, meaning further fast track patients will stay in the waiting area forever, eventually clogging up the entire system.
