Attached is an extract from a larger model where I cannot display windows for debugging and events. I can not open them via menu and they don't come up when a breakpoint is encountered. Can anyone duplicate? Any thoughts on how to reenable?
Any thoughts on why I can bring up windows for Local Variables, Watch variables, etc.?

Michael, you're going to have to give more information. Your model has no FlexSim objects in it so it does nothing. So I'm confused as to what you are even asking. Need more clarification.
Sorry, Jeff. Issue was opening other windows/consoles. Flexsim objects seemed to be uninvolved.
You had a buggy watch variable window open that was causing weird issues with the views. Not sure what caused it, but by deleting it from the tree the model should be able to open and close windows just fine now. I let one of the developers know, if it happens again, maybe make a note of what happened and we can look into it.
I've reattached the model below.
You can run this script to close that window and then reset the UI:

Is there a command I can run to force open Quick Properties? I think my model is slightly, stuck, I cannot open this window to change attributes (no issues with other toolkit items)
I would just reset your view, View - > Open Default Workspace
This model file appears to be corrupt. Here's another question that talks about why a model may become corrupt and how to avoid this (when possible).
