FlexSim TRUSTFLAG Broken after Windows 10 Update. Need a fix, I have a presentation in next 1 hour.

Windows 10 got automatically updated on my machine. The license is screwed up on FlexSim and I cant resolve this. Please help ASAP

When I try to activate the license, I get the following error:

Operations Error: 7288 The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because fulfill count exceeded the available seat count.[Incident# 5145-216641]

I am the only user for this license and we have only one installed Felxsim.

@Pinakin Desai, I deleted your license information that you posted. Publicly posting your license code is a bad idea, because then anyone on the Internet can activate your license (thus stealing it).

When posting license information, always do so using a private question.

Hi @Pinakin Desai,

You can find out what to do at this previous answer.

Since you have already tried the easier "activate again" route, look at the answer that details how to submit a repair request for standalone licenses. Submit your repair request XML file to a new private question.

If there are any troubles, we will need to see your current license info. In that case, again please start a private question to post the license text you see in FlexSim under the main menu Help > License Activation, View Licenses tab, hit the View licenses button. Select all the text that appears (it might scroll!) and post it to a new private question.

I used the FlexsimserverActutil.exe to try to repair the TRUSTFLAG:BROKEN situation and the response I got was:

Operations error: 7131 Server activation not allowed to activate entitlement line item: XXXX-my license id

WARNING: No licenses in Trusted Storage

Please advice, I am not a programmer but rather a user of the software.
