How would I measure operator utilization on a dashboard?

I am creating a model by which there are 10 processors which were all in the same MTTR/MTBF group and a group of operators responsible for those processors. When a processor fails, the processor stops and an operator is called to fix it. I wanted to have a table/graph which measures the percentage of time that an operator is fixing machines.
