Can a combiner start to work, when not all items are available yet?

I use a combiner in my production model, which combines 220 items. I also use batches (22 items are one batch). The combiner starts to work, when 220 items are available in the Queue before. Is it possible, that the combiner starts to work, when the first batch is available (22 items)?

The combiner starts processing if all items of the current recipe are available inside of the combiner. The first item enters the combiner through port 1. This item can be used to change the recipe. If you need another behavior you are better of with a process flow basic processor object.
