Hi,
I am working on a stacker packer concept where I am stuck at the robot functions & pusher. Below is the full process.
1) Products come on Input conveyor & gets indexed on Indexing conveyor at certain pitch. This is continuous operation & input conveyor should not be stopped while transferring products to indexing conveyor.
2) Once 8 products accumulate on indexing conveyor, robot will pick STACK of these 8 products at a time and place on stacker area.(I have used 6 axis robot for this but actually this operation will be done by 2 axis parallel manipulator, which I can not find in Flexsim library)
3) 3 such stacks of 8 products are placed on each other. Then pusher will push these 8X3 stack at a time in 8 cartons.

I have created layout for this application just need some expert help for robot picking, stacking & pusher station.
