Renuka_autosave.fsm How to send product type 1 to conveyor 1, product 2 to conveyor 2 and so on. Also where to add percentages of product type as my product 1 is only 10 %

Sure. I have tried multiple, stop and send at the decision, send by case. Nothing seems to work. I shall try this
@Naga Renuka M, certainly you ran into some problems doing the tutorials. Can you please tell us about those problems. It is really hard to anticipate where an experienced user must describe a new user how FlexSim works. What have you missed as you have done the tutorials? Or were they simply to long? Hi Made some changes to the model. The need i sto divide the pallets percentage-wise and used bernouli in the decision points in the conveyor system post the racks. But something is wrong. From dry rack 45% need to go to retail and remaining to wholesale. similar for wet rack. But the pallets at wet rack are getting stuck Final1.fsm Final1_autosave.fsm
Are all conveyors on the same height? It seems like the conveyor from Dry Cooler Rack, OB Spur2" has no connection to Conveyor12 leading to Wholesale Dock.
Hello, Thank you for the help. I made some changes to the outbound conveyor section. Used labels now and with percentages to divide them to wholesale and retail. But the items are getting stuck. tried to make sure the conveyors are of the same height. Any inputs would be appreciated Here is the model with changes. FlexSim 03_23_2021.fsm
Send to port by expression is an older Youtube video. It is still valid for the basics. Unfortunately the command syntax has been changed. The deprecated attribute itemtype is replaced by a simple label called “Type”. The code snippet getitemtype(item) is now item.Type Where item is a reference or pointer to a Flowitem.
This video shows only the basics of Send to Port by expression. It does NOT apply to the actual implemented conveyor system anymore. You won’t be able to drag conveyors this way into a model anymore.
