This is divided in two tools:

  • Tool State Table
  • Tool Color Pallet

You can find both inside a statitic dashboard template in Panes called:

  • Options
  • Colors

So how do i change the state profile to 'utilized'

@Dharshini , this didn't change: State table template editor > Column "Analysis" left mouse click in field next to for example Maintenance. Possible options are: an empty field - Utilized - Excluded. Each click change to a different option value.
