Bar chart showing wrong TIS%?

Hi Team,

In my model, I have "sink" after "combiner". While checking statistics, I observed a small blockage of 1.2% which is incorrect conceptually.

When I deep down into it, I found that when combiner is holding a item and it is in breakdown, this state is considered as "blocked". Ideally, it should be considered as "breakdown" only.

Is there any quick fix to this issue?

Thank you!

The state is correct.

A combiner can get into a breakdown, while he is in a state of collecting items. This is not equal to a state of processing. And which item do you analyze? Is it your container item, or are they items of going to be packed, joined or batched?
It is a good practice to attach a model!

@Joerg Vogel

Sorry, it's a big model size. I need to create a smaller one to pinpoint the issue.

Normally, we don't analyse the item level. TIS% chart shows the time in state for objects used in building the model.

If the "blocked" state is 0% means there is no obstruction from downstream for the object. Same is expected if object is connected to the sink.

Is there anyway to change it accordingly?

Thank you!
