.3ds texture are not imported proprely

Hello to everyone! I modeled a supermarket on Sketcup 2024, and then I exported the model in a .3ds file.

The import in Flexsim was successful, except for some textures, which, as you can see, have some problems: some door's sides are yellowed, the floorplan is inexistent, the walls are darker than in 3d model, and so on.

Is this problem fixable? Which options do I need to trick to get a better import? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Stain,

I would suggest trying to change the file format to import in FlexSim (you could use .fbx, for example).

Below here, you can find a list of 3D formats that have been tested and which are imported well in FlexSim:

https://docs.flexsim.com/en/24.1/Using3DObjects/CreatingCustomObjectsAnimations/CreatingCustomObjects/CreatingCustomObjects.html

I can see some differences between how the .3ds file looks in FlexSim and another 3D viewer:
