AGV path orientation causing teleportation

One of our clients identified odd behaviour in the 16.2 AGV module.

When you use AGV orientation, AGVs have a tendency to teleport around.

Attached are 2 models, one that works (16.0.1, seems to work in 16.1 too) and one that doesn't (16.2.0).

Is there a way around this in 16.2 short of setting all orientations to "Any"?

Thanks in advance.

The problem was just that the AGV network has this small bug that sometimes the connectors on the path get out of sync. So you just need to 'jiggle' the ends of the path and reconnect them.

I've reattached your model, hopefully they should all be working now.

Good tip, thanks.

There is still an issue though, if I take my working 16.1 model and load it into 16.2 everything is fine. If I rebuild it in 16.2 however (this applies to the model you uploaded too) the AGV orientation is ignored.

Any idea what could be causing this?

So the orientation actually has a bug. This is a known issue, and in fact FlexSim should be releasing the 2.1 build should be released very soon, which seems to fix the issue.
