How to send a message to a combiner?

Processor 1 and processor 2 have different cycle times, when the product of processor 2 first arrives at combiner 1 and the pallet of combiner 26 is empty these two advance. Now if the combiner 26 is filled first, this one advances and the combiner 1 runs the pallet when combining 26. There are 8 pallets recirculating in the line. combiner-message.fsm
