how to get utilization charts in dashboard for people in people module

Hi,

i am working in a hospital model using people module.there are two waiting rooms for two types of patients(1. normal case 2.urgent case), there is one doctor for consultaion and a clerk for registration

1. I need utilization chart in dashboard for the doctor(MD) and the clerk

2. Average waiting time of patients in both waiting rooms.

3.After 13000 sec patients are queuing in waiting line 1. how to resolve the issue?

For utilization charts, add any of the State Templates in the dashboard then sample the clerk and MD.

For average waiting time I used zone statistics and built a small statistics collector in process flow for each of the waiting rooms.

When your people acquire the operating room, you set the label to current.Destination, but then later release the waiting room with the label current.WaitingRoom, so you need to make that consistent because they never release their location and that is why they starting filing behind like that after 40 patients.

i have another doubt. i need the bus to travel after picking up 20 persons. but both the buses are not all moving. what am i doing wrong? can you help me fix that

Can you explain your system of whether or not they will take the bus or wait for the bus? Also you have the tokens entering a zone, but then sinking the tokens so they actually never leave the zone preventing other tokens from continuing.
