Do not update the Utilization of bar chart rate in the beginning

test-1.fsm

Sorry about uploading the wrong model, New model as attachment. Hope to get the help soon.

As the mention of title, why the utilization rate of the bar chart do not update in the beginning.

Is there any bug in the utilization process flow, I can't find it.

Thanks.

The standard statistic needs events to update the diagrams. If you update the diagrams continously by a time interval or on each runtime cycle (always), the model run speed would slow down. It is a compromise between run speed and accuracy.

@Jörg Vogel

Thanks for the immediately reply.

But my problem is that the EQ1_slot1 is in processing state but the percentage did not update, it still at 0%, and it will appear until EQ1_slot1 change to the next state(waiting for transport).

I am not sure if my utilization processflow has some logic error.

Thanks for the support.

Hi @BING SYUAN L,

Like @Jörg Vogel explained, the statistics collector will only update when certain events fire. I ran your model for several hundred seconds and the utilization of the EQ1_slot1 object didn't change from Processing the whole time. Maybe the processing time is 1000+ seconds, but I'm not sure. Either way, I would look at your Process Flow and decide when the object should change to "Waiting for Transport".
