Hi I have problem when I conduct Excel Import and the code is as seen in the title. I have not seen such problem before. It could be due to 19.2.4 or even 20.0 installation. Will someone please check if you have such issue after you have these version installed?
May be we need a new update again?

We have tested with 19.2.4 without 20.0 installed, it works fine.

When you reinstall 20.0, does it still work fine?
I just tested with 19.2 and 20.0, and both are working fine with the Excel import and export.
When we've seen this error before, it has been a problem with the Excel installation. Reinstalling Excel has fixed the problem. For examples, see:
I have Excel installed at my computer on the 1st day much before FlexSim 2018 installation. I have also test out with HC5.3, I am able to import with that.

So you are able to import with FlexSim 2018, 2019, and HC 5.3, but not FlexSim 2020?
Did you try reinstalling FlexSim 2020 and trying again? I've not heard of this issue happening on a machine where it works with one version of FlexSim that is installed but not another.

Problem solved!
The window update that rolled out last week broke something. After I repaired MS office, it works now.
