How could I set the event "Empty" for the combiner2 as shown in the attached figure "FIG"?

A combiner is "empty" when its content value is equal to 0, correct? So you can listen to the "On Content Change" event and set the Change Rule and Value as follows:
This will fire when the object's contents decrease to 0. I assume that this is what you are describing, but if I'm off base, feel free to comment back with more information about your question and I'll try and give a better answer.
