Transportar flowitems apilados en un conveyor

¡Hola! Mi situación es la siguiente.

Necesito que en las cintas de transporte (conveyor) viajes los flowitems (cajas, etc) de manera apilada, y no una atrás de la otra. Ejemplo: que 12 cajas apiladas viajes a través de la cinta de transporte y detrás de esas viajen otras 12 más (apiladas)

Queue: activate batching

Robot: max capacity > 12

EntryTransfer: Max. Transports in > 12

photo eye on distance 0 = on Block no Space needed: Store Reference of previous entered item AND change location to Look like being stacked to previous item. Reset label, if batch is complete.

Hey @Ignacio H2, this is a simple model that may do what you're describing. A combiner stacks boxes onto a pallet and then rolls it down a conveyor belt into a sink. Does this help?

Muchas gracias, me es de ayuda parcial pero estaría necesitando lo siguiente:

El robot almacena cajas en un Queque (apila 12). El robot lleva esas 12 cajas a una cinta (tampoco puedo lograr que cargue las 12 juntas, lo hace de a una y eso no es lo que necesito). El problema es que esas 12 cajas se transportan una atrás de la otra, y necesito que se transporten apiladas.

Combinarlas no me ayuda demasiado ya que después de esas cajas apiladas se leen en flexsim como un solo objeto, y necesito que se interpreten como unidades separadas ya que después debo combinar 2 de esas cajas con un palet.

Combining them doesn't help me too much since after those stacked boxes they are read in flexsim as a single object, and I need them to be interpreted as separate units since then I have to combine 2 of those boxes with a pallet. It sounds like you may want this. Just use a combiner before the conveyor, not a queue - and change the flowitem to one that uses a packing method (container).
