Hi @Giuseppe P,

Manual XML licensing can be accomplished by you within your own FlexSim account.

Please visit the Manual XML Licensing page in your account to upload your XML requests and download the processed responses.

After returning your old license, visit the View My Licenses page to upgrade your licenses. If your account still shows the old version of your license, even after returning the old license, just press the "Upgrade Licenses" button.

If your licenses still don't upgrade, please contact your local FlexSim distributor for assistance. Your maintenance may need to be renewed, or your licenses might be timed (timed licenses must be manually upgraded), or there could be some other circumstance.

Hi,
I tried to generate di file with IExplorer but I cannot download the file (the web page was freezed), I tried to generate the same file with Edge but I have this error:
[7284:Cannot perform support actions on inactive fulfillment record FID__4d63c57f_1632d3d280d__7cb9. [Incident# 3241-649690]]

Can you help me?

Hi @Giuseppe P,

Yes, there is a known issue with Internet Explorer that we need to figure out with that Manual XML tool. For some reason IE doesn't let you download the response. All other browsers, including Microsoft Edge, work fine at this time.

My licensing records show that your XML request was successfully uploaded and processed, so your license is returned from our perspective.

Go ahead and generate an activation request using your upgraded license code. It should activate fine online, but use an alternate browser to be able to download the response.

Then process the response in FlexSim. Your new license activation should replace the older version that you returned.

If there are any issues, go ahead and ask a new private question where we can share information specific to your license.

I see that an activation went through. Were you able to successfully download the response and process it on your computer? Is your FlexSim license upgraded and usable? If not, perhaps we should continue via email so that we can talk specifically about your licenses.
