Bug(s) with partitioned throughput charts in HC

The attached model contains a "Model Throughput" chart with partitions (by weekday and by a custom label). When opening the model the following error is displayed:

This can be fixed by selecting the chart and (minimizing and then) expanding the "Partitions" tab in its properties.

However, after saving the model again, the error reappears and the step above has to be repeated.

It seems like the saving process is breaking something in the internal calculated table behind the chart that gets rewritten correctly when the properties tab is updated?

Edit; another bug/error:

When using the "Location Throughput" chart with the same partitions and a subset set to "Each member of each group" (to split the bars by location), the chart breaks and FlexSim displays an error.

Thanks for reporting this bug. Unfortunately, it is a bug in the save/load process for some of the people charts. I will get this on the dev list.

For now, I think you could use the following steps to avoid that exception:

  1. Collapse/expand the Partition section of the chart to get it in a good state.
  2. Install the chart (on the Advanced section)
  3. Save the model

The downside of installing is that the UI won't be quite as easy to use, so it will be easier to configure the chart before installing it.
